I began my 5K journey when I was 5 months pregnant with my son. Now, five years later, this marks my fifth run , when is 5 years old. Running has always been a part of who I am. I run every day at the gym, and it gives me both strength and clarity. Participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women is especially meaningful to me, as it supports such an important cause. This run is not just an event, it’s a milestone, a reminder of how far I’ve come and the joy of giving back.
