This is MY team, and we’re gearing up for something special! On May 24th, we’ll be lacing up our running shoes for the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women in Oakville—and for me, it’s a BIG milestone. Not only will this be my first-ever 5K, but just a few days later, on May 30th, I’ll be turning the big 4-0! 🎂🥳

What better way to celebrate than by running (or let’s be honest, maybe a little speed-walking) for a great cause? Our team is here to support women’s mental health, and we’d love for you to join us—whether by running, cheering, or donating. Every bit helps!
