Hey friends! 🏃‍♀️💙

I'm lacing up my sneakers for a cause that matters -- women's mental health. Mental health struggles affect many of us, but they often go unseen or unspoken. Support, understanding, and access to care can change lives.

On June 14th, I’m walking 5km as part of the Millbrook Mavericks team to raise funds for vital mental health programs that help women get the support they need. If you can, please consider donating -- every dollar makes a difference! 💪💜
