My Story…
Women experience depression and anxiety twice as often as men and are 3x as likely to face barriers to service. Let's bring communities together in support of local charities to improve access to mental health care and support. Our donations and participation benefit women’s mental health programs at Stella’s Circle. The Just Us Women’s Centre provides counselling to women in conflict with the law and Naomi Centre provides temporary shelter and support for women aged 16-30.
