My Story…
I started participating in this run a few years ago to support women in my community experiencing mental health challenges. We are all susceptible to feeling low from time to time and having positive, healthy connections are so important. I am participating in this year’s run to fundraiser for Stella’s Circle and all the amazing work they do to support women facing homelessness, trauma and involvement with the justice system.
