Mental wellness is something that needs more attention. Physical illness is something that people understand. We have lost loved ones along the way, we didn't see the battle they were fighting. 

There are many facets of mental illness and I think it is important for each and everyone of us to work at maintaining our mental wellness, especially in these trying times.
