This coming Sunday,  June 1st, I am signed up for the 10km and walking with an amazing group of women.  Every day, countless women silently battle their own minds that are filled with anxiety, depression, trauma, and pain.  Many will continue to smile and carry the weight of expectations and try to be strong when what is needed is support, however that support can be financially out of reach for many.  Please help me help other women at a time they really need it!     $5 will always help and $20 or more gets you a tax receipt!   Let’s help support each other and if you can’t donate financially at this time that’s ok, but give your friends a call and a hug - I promise it really does mean the world to them.
