Greetings and thank you to all who visit my profile here: as you know, I have recently re-located to the Westboro area of Ottawa and, while it has been quite the change in lifestyle from my years on St. Joseph Island, I love what this new lifestyle brings to my life, Including participating in this run along with others from my condominium complex. Participating in this event is a way to joyfully connect to my community AND in some small measure, help others who need the helping hand.
