Women have a lot challenges and mental health is usually put to the back burner until there’s a breaking point. I know this firsthand as it manifested in anxiety and panic attacks in my early thirties. I had the benefit of a strong support system to recover and understand how to live with it. I would like to contribute to build more preventative as well as treatment options.
