I'm participating in the Run for Women – in support of women's mental health!

Hi! I'm proud to once again be taking part in the Run for Women, sponsored by Shoppers Drug Mart. This event is close to my heart, and last year's experience only deepened my commitment to the cause.

I am running for the many women—friends, family, and others in my life—who face mental health challenges every day. I’ve seen firsthand how difficult and isolating that journey can be. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate, and the path to healing is often long, complex, and filled with obstacles.

By participating in this fundraiser, I hope to be part of something that brings light, hope, and real support to those who need it most. Whether it helps someone take the first step toward healing, access life-saving resources, or simply feel less alone—every step, every dollar makes a difference.
