My Story…

Those of you who know me know that I am a big proponant of mental health, and have benefited immensely from mental health services throughout my adult life. Post-partum depression, grief, and more recently an adult diagnosis of ADHD are just some of the stuggles that mental health professionals and medication have helped me wade through. 

I know that I am lucky. I have excellent insurance coverage for these services which have allowed myself and other members of my family access to services we would have otherwise been unable to afford. Not everyone has this level of access, and so I am happy to do what I can to help bridge that gap. Please support my 5K walk! Every little bit helps 🧠❤️‍.
