Hi folks, 

Please help me raise money to support women’s mental health programming at the Royal.

I'm running 10k this year. Another first! Not bad for someone who never thought of myself as a runner, huh?

Every year since 2022 I’ve chosen to push myself out of my comfort zone - first with the 5k and now the 10k - to raise support and awareness for the particular challenges women face in overcoming mental illness. As a person who has experienced so much privilege and support in my own life, this seems the least I can do to honour the courage and determination of the women I meet in my work at the Royal, women working to overcome personal, societal, and often systemic barriers to build a life for themselves and those around them.

Any help you can provide makes a difference.
