I am walking with my friends and neighbours to support women of our community. I believe that mental health is often neglected because it is something that cannot necessarily be "seen," especially when it comes to women. It is my hope that participating in this walk will build awareness and continue to end the stigma associated with mental health and help to provide services where they are needed.
