This run is my way of turning grief into action — to honour the memory of my beloved friends, Colby and Trish, to open up conversations, and to raise funds to provide critical support and education for women facing mental health challenges.

I’m running to shine a light on women’s mental health, especially postpartum depression, a struggle that too often goes unseen and unheard. The stigma surrounding mental health, particularly for mothers, can be isolating and devastating. We need to talk about it. We need to support one another. And we need to make sure help is always within reach.
