I have had the good luck in life to have so many women who have invested in me and shown me care. From my mom, sisters, aunties, cousins and chosen family, to my colleagues, mentors, teachers and friends who are women — all of these people give so much to me and to others. 

As many of you know, women give so much to families, workplaces, and communities — but often don’t receive the mental health support they need in return. 

I know well the work of Women's College Hospital and the outstanding care they provide. I am proud to run in support of that work and to show my gratitude for the women in all of our lives. Thanks for your support.
