I am fortunate to have many strong, caring women in my life: my mom & sisters, aunts & cousins, friends old & new. Taking care of ourselves physically, emotionally and mentally is so important and that's why I'm participating in the SHOPPERS LOVE. YOU. Run for Women in support of Women's Wellness Programs and Women's College Hospital. Especially during these past few years, supporting each other and our own mental & emotional fitness through physical activity is a great thing to do, even if we all can't be together to participate & celebrate together.
I wouldn't be the person I am today without the care, support, wisdom & love from the women in my life and I am thankful for their continued presence in my life. Any donation that you can make will help others benefit from the programs at Women's College Hospital - thank you!
