For the past 22 years, my mom has been battling mental health challenges. Diagnosed with psychosis and depression, she has faced numerous obstacles on her journey. Despite these challenges, she has fought her way back to reality and is now doing much better. Mental health issues affecting women are very real, and it's crucial that we speak openly about them. My mom's journey has shown me the importance of support, understanding, and the need to break the stigma surrounding mental health. This event is not just about raising awareness for women's mental health, but also for men. Mental health does not discriminate, and it's essential that we create a supportive environment for everyone.
