My Story…

I'm running the Shoppers Drug Mart Mental Health 5K to raise awareness and support for mental health initiatives. Mental health affects us all, whether personally or through someone we love so it’s time we talk about it openly and advocate for better resources. This run is my way of showing solidarity and helping to break the stigma.
