This year, I'm running in support of something deeply meaningful: women's mental health. I'm proud to be fundraising for Women’s College Hospital, a leader in advancing mental health care that’s specifically tailored to the unique needs of women. Mental health affects all of us—but for women, it often intersects with challenges that are misunderstood, underdiagnosed, or overlooked. Women’s College Hospital is changing that. Through research, outreach, and innovative care programs, they are working to break down barriers and make sure women have access to the support they need and deserve. Thank you for cheering me on and supporting this cause. Together, we can help create a future where every woman gets the mental health care she needs, without stigma, without silence, and without delay.
