Hello! I'm Miles, and I'm thrilled to be taking part in my very first 5K at the Run for Women! As a newcomer to running, I’ve embarked on this journey to embrace a healthier lifestyle, challenge myself, and connect with an incredible community of inspiring women. The path to this race has been filled with determination and growth. Every step I've taken has reminded me of the strength we possess when we set our minds to something. I'm excited not only to run but also to celebrate the empowerment of women in our community. I believe that change begins with us, and participating in this event is my way of supporting a great cause.
