Welcome! My name is Selano. As a Registered Massage Therapist and healthcare professional, I have the privilege of helping people relieve physical tension and stress everyday. However, I have seen just how powerful an impact that emotional and mental health can have on our physical well-being. Women face unique challenges and situations and often carry the weight of multiple roles in society on their shoulders. Many struggle silently and often without access to the support they need. I'm participating in this run to help raise funds to help provide women with the mental health resources, counselling, and support that they deserve. Any donations from the community would be greatly appreciated, no matter how small. Let's make a difference, one step at a time!
