Women are nearly twice as likely as men to experience depression and anxiety, yet they often face greater barriers to care, including cost, stigma, and lack of support systems. 

It's time to break the silence, challenge the stigma, and ensure that every woman—regardless of her circumstances—has access to the mental health support she needs. 

This run is my way of standing up for that change. I'm running to support my mom, my friends, and all the women in my community.
