Help Katrina raise money

Next month I'm engaging in my love for running — for a great cause! I enjoyed track & field all throughout high school and was very fortunate to have an amazing coach who not only mentored me through sport, but through adversity and building healthy life habits as well. Years later, her impact still rings true and I'm inspired to get creative about ways to give back to women, girls, and my broader community.

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) is a leading mental health non-profit organization for individuals and communities striving for improved mental health, resilience, and recovery. Donations to the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women will assist CMHAs across Manitoba to enhance programs and services to reach more women, girls, and families.
