Hi everyone! 💜 This spring, I’m excited to be participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women, a 5KM walk dedicated to supporting women’s mental health across Canada. This cause is incredibly close to my heart — now more than ever, women in our communities need better access to mental health care, support, and awareness. The Shoppers Foundation for Women’s Health™ is doing amazing work to create health equity by funding research, improving access to care, and raising awareness of women’s unique health needs. I’m walking not just for myself, but for the countless women who deserve to be seen, supported, and empowered to live healthier lives.
