Mon histoire…
As a 61 1/2 year old woman I have decided to take up running and I am entering my first 5k with the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women race. I have had mental health issues through the years and love that this race helps provide services and support for women in need. I hope to be an inspiration not only to other women in my age group to to my family and friends, that you can always start creating a healthy life for yourself. You just have to start.
