I’m running for HER—join me in making a difference!

On June 8, I’m lacing up my runners and participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women in Hamilton to raise funds for women’s mental health and addiction services at St. Joseph’s Healthcare.

This cause is deeply important to me. The funds raised will go toward programs that offer compassionate, stigma-free care for women of all ages—through services like:

The Women’s Health Concerns Clinic (supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and more)Womankind Addiction Service, a 26-bed gender-responsive treatment facilityThe Youth Wellness Centre, helping young women navigate anxiety, depression, and substance useThe Seniors’ Mental Health Program, supporting those facing dementia and Alzheimer’s
