My Story…
After years of doing the 5K, I’m challenging myself and running 10K in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women’s Mental Health.
There was a time when I felt like I had completely lost myself—mentally, emotionally, even physically. I sometimes look at old pictures and don’t even recognize the person I used to be. But therapy helped me reconnect with who I am. It’s given me tools to heal, grow, and show up more fully in both my personal and professional life.
Today, I’m proud to say I’ve grown into a strong, independent woman—someone I once couldn’t even imagine becoming. And I know I wouldn’t be here without my support. If you’re able, I’d be so grateful if you could donate to help support mental health services in Hamilton.
Every step of my 10K will be for people like me—and maybe even someone like you—who just need a little help finding their way back to themselves. Thank you!
