Help Julia raise money

I’m doing my first 5k in over a decade and would like your help to raise $100 towards women’s mental health! As someone who has struggles with my own mental health, this fundraiser is close to my heart. 

Women report higher levels of anxiety and depression. 

Women experience depression and anxiety twice as often as men, and are 3x more likely to face barriers to service!'

Women are more likely to access mental health services, yet racialized and marginalized groups are less satisfied with the care. Overall, 13 % of women report accessing mental health or substance abuse services in the past year.  Racialized and 2SLGBTQIA+ Canadians are less satisfied with the care they receive.
