My Story…
I'm running the Run for Women 5K in honour of my dear friend Trish, whose recent passing has left a deep impact on everyone who knew and loved her. As an occupational therapist, I see firsthand how vital mental health support is, especially for women. This run is for Trish, and the countless women like her who deserve support, understanding, and to know they're not alone.
