Hello!
Aubrey and I are participating in 2025 Shoppers Drugmart Run for Women on June 14th! It is the largest event series across Canada dedicated to women's mental health. Womens mental health needs are often overlooked. Did you know women experience depression and anxiety twice as often as men but are 3x more likely to face barriers accessing proper services?! The raised funds go directly to womens mental health programs and service's within our local communities! Let's close the gap for womens mental health care!!
If you could kindly donate to our run we would be so thankful! Any monetary amount makes a difference whether it's 5 or 50 dollars!
