I am walking for many reasons. I am walking for many people including myself. Life is full of highs and lows. There isn't always a clear place to go or person to turn to when you're low. You feel like no one will understand what you're going through. Every story is unique and every person is important. No one may totally understand exactly your struggles, but the CMHA wants you to know they are there to help. I appreciate and admire the work they are doing to bring awareness to mental health. This run is focused on women but they help anybody. So I would like to thank you in advance for any donations and support you give to me, the team I am on (Harinder's Hawties) and the CMHA. Another 5km....we got this!!
