Help Claire raise money

Hello! My name is Claire, I’m a 26 year old from Calgary and I’m hoping to raise awareness and support for others who have struggled with eating disorders and mental health. I personally have always struggled with my mental health and with an eating disorder. Ever since I was young I felt I didn’t belong and that I wasn’t good enough for anything. I was a competitive synchronized swimmer for almost 15 years and developed a very negative relationship with food which turned into an aggressive eating disorder. My eating disorder has taken so much of my life from me and the lack of support for people older than 20 has made recovery very difficult. I would love to be able to raise awareness for how eating disorders and mental health can be dangerous and needs to be taken seriously. I’m hoping to help others so that less people will feel as hopeless as I did. I’m still working hard on my recovery and want to support others and build a supportive community where people feel seen and loved! <3
