Hey everyone,
This year, I’m proud to be participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women – Calgary 2025, and I wanted to share a little bit about why this race means so much to me.
Mental health affects every one of us, whether it's personally, through a loved one, or someone in our community. The Run for Women directly supports women’s mental health programs right here in Calgary, helping to provide the resources, care, and hope that so many need.
I’m running to help break the stigma, to raise awareness, and to support the incredible organizations doing this important work. If you’re able, I’d be incredibly grateful for your donation — every dollar makes a difference.
