I’m running in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women because women’s mental health matters—and right now, it doesn’t get the attention or resources it deserves.

Too many women struggle in silence with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges, often while caring for others and putting themselves last. I believe that needs to change.

Through Calgary Health Foundation, funds raised from this event will go directly toward local programs that provide life-changing support for women in our community. I see the impact of these initiatives every day in my work, and I know the difference your donation can make.
