🏃♀️✨ At "It's OK to Not Be OK," we lace up our sneakers and hit the pavement with a heart full of passion and a pace that’s uniquely ours. For the past few years, we've embraced the joy of running and the comfort of walking, all in support of women's mental health initiatives.
Whether you're sprinting, strolling, or somewhere in between, our team believes in celebrating every step and every story. Together, we create a space where it's perfectly fine to take it slow, laugh a lot, and cheer each other on.
