My Story…
Hello and welcome!
I am so pumped about participating in this years 5K run! I started my running journey in October 2024 and had a vision and goal of running my first race in 2025. As if by fate, my first run will be in support of women's mental health - a topic so near and dear to my heart. I will be running in honour of myself and the 37 years I have struggled with Bi-polar 2 disorder. I will also be running in solidarity for all the other women out there who are suffering. I'm so excited about raising money for Ontario shores as their assistance and programs are so important to those struggling with complex mental health disorders.
