My Story…
I can't express how much I am looking forward to this event. I will be speed walking in the 10K, and my goal is to complete the 10K in 88 minutes.
This cause is very near and dear to my heart as I personally know women affected by perinatal mood disorders. And those that truly know me well also know that I personally have struggled with depression and am currently experiencing positive outcomes from my treatment.
In June, I speed walk for all the mommas out there, the vocal or silent, who suffered or are suffering from any perinatal mood disorder. You are not alone, and there is help for you. This walk is for you.
