Help Myriam raise money

I'll be participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women on June 22nd, 2025, to help support women's mental health programs in various communities across Canada. Any donation amount makes a difference and 100% of the funds raised help provide support, resources and care for those in need via local charities. How your donations support women's mental health: $150 = One-on-one with a nurse practitioner $250 = Helps train 1 mental health care worker $500 = Provides basic needs package once per month for a year $1,000 = Cost of one facilitator for a six to eight week course
