What are the minimum four nights we have to stay?
The four included nights are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. You may choose to stay longer - just check with us for adding additional nights.
Can I stay at a different hotel?
We have a strict contract with the TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS which includes The Porter House - MGallery hotel, meaning you are unable to choose another hotel for those 4 nights.
Are these prices in CAD or AUD?
CAD Dollars.
Are there transfers from the airport to the hotel?
Although transfers are not included as all of our clients are arriving at different times, you can take the AirportLink train from the Sydney airport to the hotel in about 20 minutes.
What is the time limit for this race?
The time limit is expected to be 7 hours.
What happens if I take more than the limit?
Normally this is not an issue, but depending on how much additional time you need, you may need to run on sidewalks. Runners who take longer than the official time are not guaranteed a race medal, but usually receive one.
Do I have to pick up my race bib myself, or can someone do that for me?
Runners must pick up their own bib and no one, including family members or Dream Travel staff members, are permitted to pick up your bib on your behalf. That said, it is highly recommended that you fly in earlier rather than later in case of flight delays or cancellations.
Can I collect hotel loyalty points?
Hotels do not offer loyalty points for group bookings, however, you can still ask the front desk to add your loyalty number at check in and the hotel will give you points/credit for all incidental charges.
Do you have triple and quadruple rates?
We do, please inquire with Dream Travel for exact rates based on your needs.

I’m traveling solo – can you assist me with finding a roommate to save money?
Dream Travel will assist you in finding a same-sex roommate but we can’t guarantee that we can find you someone. That said, typically anyone who registers prior to July is matched up and the earlier you register the better the odds.
I need to cancel; can you help me?
This really depends on when you cancel and whether or not you purchased the correct insurance. If you purchased insurance and are cancelling for an included reason, or you purchased the CFAR insurance, then you can cancel at any time but you must let us know as soon as you need to cancel. If you did not purchase insurance, then it’ll depend on when you cancel and if we can resell your package. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to assist you!
