My Story…

I am doing the shoppers run for woman again, 3rd year in a row. Mental health is so important, and this walk supports programs that help women in tough situations.

This is my first proper walk in about 10 months, I stopped walking when I hit a rocky patch with emotions. This year I plan to step it back up!
