I’m running not just for the challenge, but for a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart: mental health. It’s something that touches all of us in one way or another — whether personally, through loved ones, or simply navigating life’s ups and downs. 

This event supports programs that make a real difference in the lives of women across Canada, helping to build resilience, provide support, and promote healing. Every step I take is for hope, strength, and change — and I’d be so grateful for your support.
