My Story…

On Saturday, May 9th, I’ll be running the 5K in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women in support of Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington.

Running for every woman who is quietly fighting battles we can’t see.
For the resilience to keep going.
For the strength to rise—again and again.


And for the courage it takes to reach out for help - one of the hardest, bravest steps of all.
