My Story…
Like many Canadians, I’ve faced my own mental health challenges and have seen the impact they can have on the people I love. These experiences inspired me to pursue Psychology during my undergraduate studies. While our understanding of mental health has grown, there is still so much more work to be done. Continued conversation, research, and funding are essential to creating lasting change.
