Ivie Athletica is participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women because women’s mental health is something that means a lot to us personally. Like many women, I’ve had my own struggles and understand how challenging it can be to navigate mental health while still trying to show up for work, family, and everyday life. Having access to support, resources, and people who truly understand can make an incredible difference. This run is about helping create more of those opportunities for women who may be struggling quietly. By fundraising and running, we hope to support programs that provide real care and resources for women in our community. Every donation helps make that support more accessible, and it truly means so much.
