My Story…
I’m running the 10K at "Run for Women" in Waterloo on May 9, 2026, to support women’s mental health, an issue that affects so many, often silently. This event raises funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association (Waterloo Wellington), helping provide critical care, resources, and support for women in our community.
