Help Shauna Lynn raise money

I’m running Tails on Trails because it brings together two things I love most: animals and running. As a volunteer cat foster with the humane society for more than a decade, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible difference this organization makes in the lives of animals who need care, safety, and a second chance. Supporting that work has always meant a lot to me, so raising funds through this event feels like a perfect fit. I’ll also be running with my canine running partner - not technically my dog, but for an hour each morning, five days a week, he’s absolutely mine. He’s our run group’s security guard, chief spirit officer, and one very serious athlete. He greets us with happy bum wiggles, thanks us with snuggles, and loves clocking the kilometres right alongside us. For me, this event is such a natural combination of passion and purpose: a chance to celebrate the joy animals bring to our lives, while giving back to an organization I deeply believe in. Really, how could I not?
