Our story…

Join Us for the "Go for the Burn" 6th Year Fundraising Walk/Run for Evan Gratton Amaral, Saturday April 25, 2026 at 9:00am, Assiniboine Park.

Six years ago, Evan was involved in a life-changing burn accident. Since then, he has shown incredible resilience and strength in his recovery, but the road hasn't been easy. Now, we're coming together to celebrate Evan’s journey, support his continued recovery, and raise awareness for burn victims everywhere.

How You Can Help:

Participate: Sign up for the "Go for the Burn" Walk/Run! Whether you're walking for support, running for Evan, or simply coming to cheer on others, your presence will mean the world. Together, we can make a difference and show Evan that he's not alone in this journey.

Donate: If you can't attend but still want to help, consider making a donation to support registered Mamingwey Burn Society Inc who focus on supporting burn survivors, their families and caregivers by providing education, financial and psycho-social support. 

Every contribution, big or small, can make a huge impact on recovery and others who have faced similar challenges.
