I’m running the 10km on May 23rd in the Shoppers Run for Women to support women’s mental health—something I believe deeply matters in our communities. My faith teaches me the importance of caring for others, showing compassion, and supporting those who are struggling. This run is one small way I can live that out and help make a difference.
