My Story…

Mental health advocacy is near and dear to my heart as someone who has overcome a lot in life - including addiction, depression and anxiety. I have learned (and continue to work on) how to manage my mental health and create the life I want for myself. I wouldn't have been able to do it without mental health support and therapy, and the drive to keep 'growing'.
