My Story…

I'm participating in the Run for Women to support mental health programs for women in our community - something that has become deeply personal to me. After being told I was cancer free should've been the end of the fight - but in many ways, it was just the beginning. No one prepares you the lasting effects and how deeply that it can affect your mental health. I'm running not just for myself, but for every woman navigating struggles that aren't always visible. Together, we can break the stigma, lift each other up, and make sure no one has to face these battles alone.
